2010 Book List

All throughout the first 13 years of my life I never enjoyed reading. When I was 13, I started reading Nancy Drew mysteries. I found myself reading for hours upon a day and was in left in suspense at the end of each chapter. Now that I am older, I enjoy reading more than I ever have before. The problem is that I start and book, find another one, and another one, and another one. Before I know it, I am trying to read over 5 books at one time. This leads me to feeling completely overwhelmed and I rarely feel that satisfaction of a completed book. Something has to be done!

Lindsay over at Passionate Homemaking has posted a reading list for books she wants to complete throughout the year. I think this is a fabulous idea and a great way to be held accountable for finishing books.

So I have put together a list of around 25 books. I may add more but, I don’t want to overwhelm myself. This year I will be mainly focusing on finishing the many books that I have started.

The List:

Keep a Quiet Heart by Elisabeth Elliot

The Enemy Within by Kris Lundgaard
